Guelph Arts Council is a co-ordinating / resource organization dedicated to stimulating and encouraging the development of the visual, literary, performing and heritage arts so as to enrich the cultural life of the community and to encourage the widespread appreciation of, support for and involvement in the arts.
At Guelph Arts Council, we believe in the power of arts and culture.
As the hub of arts and culture in Guelph and Wellington, Guelph Arts Council's goals are to:
- Provide arts-related services and information resources for artists, arts groups and the broad community
- Initiate, facilitate and /or participate in the development of artistic endeavours
- Increase the awareness of the positive contribution that the arts make to the community and the lives of its citizens
